BACHO Bridge Academy

About BACHO Bridge Academy

A structured progression pathway into regenerative stewardship

BACHO Bridge Academy is not a literacy programme with a side project attached to it. It's a disciplined pathway of learning, cell formation, written business-solution work, certification, and recognition that builds evidence-based stewardship-readiness for the BACCHHOO Regenerative and Perennial Agroecology Systems ecosystem.

Learners aren't recruited. They're walked through it.

A learner does not simply attend the Academy. They're walked, cell by cell and chapter by chapter, through learning, cell formation, written business-solution work, certification, recognition, and stewardship-readiness assessment, so that a defined, evidence-based group of participants becomes eligible to progress toward BACCHHOO stewardship.

Definition: Progression Pathway

BACHO Bridge Academy is the BACCHHOO ecosystem's structured learning, cell formation, written business-solution, certification, recognition, and stewardship-readiness pathway, not an investment product. It confers no automatic right to any future stewardship allocation.

  • Learning before entitlement
  • Service before demand
  • Evidence before claims
  • Stewardship before speculation
  • Lawful clearance before sensitive arrangements

The Six Stages

The Progression Pathway

1

Learning

Structured, disciplined reading and discussion of the three approved PALIVI publications, delivered weekly within the cell.

2

Cell Formation

Peer-led micro-clans of up to 12 learners, with named roles and disciplined reporting.

3

Business-Solution Work

Written business-solution submissions per cell under approved themes, scored under human-supervised, AI-assisted review.

4

Certification

Recognition of completed learning and submission milestones, recorded as Provisional-Only until Finance verification.

5

Recognition

Badges, sponsor mentions, and top-performer recognition, culminating in the Virtual Global Recognition Conference.

6

Stewardship-Readiness

Peer-nominated experiential testing of individuals who demonstrate integrity, commitment, and a genuine desire to progress toward BACCHHOO stewardship.

A closed-loop reporting structure, not a flat network

Every chapter and cell reports up a disciplined hierarchy, so that no automated system or AI agent can bypass personal human oversight.

Governance structure

  1. Program Director / Chairperson - Retains final approval authority over public messages, document changes, and progression pathways.
  2. Secretariat & Admin PMO - Runs weekly audits, manages dashboards, and flags compliance risks to the Program Director.
  3. Chapter Leadership - An approved adult School Patron and a regional Field Coordinator oversee cell operations at the school.
  4. Cell Leadership - Peer-led micro-clans of up to 12 learners.
