Bridge Academy · Experimental Track
Business Challenges: from cell membership to confirmed steward
A peer-nominated, peer-evaluated pathway that moves Active Members from everyday cell participation into stewardship roles guided by evidence, not by fees, referrals, or recruitment counts.
Core Principles
Three rules keep this a leadership track, not a recruitment ladder
Merit only
Nominations and advancement are evaluated strictly against demonstrated interest, integrity, commitment, understanding and stewardship boundaries not fee payments, title status, personal clout, or administrative affiliations.
Peer rules, independent authority
Active and verified chapter cell members hold localized sovereign authority to nominate and confirm new stewards, completely free from top-down executive influence, board overrides, or program bias.
No compounding incentives
Advancement confers zero financial leverage or passive points. Each elevated tier unlocks responsibilities and direct program obligations not compounding payouts, leverage multipliers, or passive tier gains.
Roadmap Pathway
Five gated stages, five separate evaluators
Peer Nomination
Two independent, cell-active sponsors file a formal nomination outlining the candidate's character.
Eligibility Screen
A programmatic audit confirms active chapter participation history and zero policy violations.

Experiential Testing
A rigorous, real-world simulation measuring direct crisis management and team collaboration.

Stage 3
The Written Business-Solution Challenge
Practical
Candidates must independently identify a real, local issue within their circle or community and propose a concrete, resource-mindful response.
