What happens after you submit

Your Head Teacher, Principal, Director, Dean, or Registrar signs the standard participation MOU first. The Program Director then personally countersigns it, a Chapter Code is issued, and your chapter is activated inside the PALIVI App.

How Registration Works

From signature to activation

1

MOU Drafted

The standard, unmodified School/Institution Participation MOU is prepared from your registration details.

2

Tier 1 Sign-Off

Your Head Teacher or institutional head signs. This moves your chapter to Approved-in-Principle.

3

Tier 2 Confirmation

The Program Director personally countersigns the unaltered MOU.

4

Chapter Activated

A unique Chapter Code is issued and your chapter is confirmed active inside the PALIVI App.
