Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 August 2026
These Terms of Service govern participation in BACHO Bridge Academy and use of this website. By registering a chapter, enrolling as a member, or submitting a form on this site, you agree to the terms below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an institution, joining a cell, submitting a business-solution entry, or otherwise participating in the Academy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. What BACHO Bridge Academy Is
BACHO Bridge Academy operates on a strictly educational, non-investment, non-depository, non-commission-based, and compliance-controlled basis. Chapters and cells are expected, and encouraged, to invite and onboard additional eligible schools and learners, this is authorised mobilisation, not prohibited recruitment.
BACHO Bridge Academy is strictly educational. It is not an investment contract, share purchase, securities offer, or a promise of financial payouts. Our core mission is training in collaborative learning, agroecology, and regenerative stewardship.
3. Eligibility & Participation
Participation is organised through five recognised chapter types, each requiring the correct facilitator-level sign-off and final confirmation by the Program Director before a chapter is considered active.
Learner Members under 18 participate strictly under supervised school groups and require verifiable parental or guardian consent before enrolment, payment, or any online activity.
A cell is capped at 12 members and a chapter at 30 cells; registrations beyond capacity are placed automatically into the next open cell or chapter.
4. Fees & Payments
All payments must be made through the PALIVI Bank Account, the only authorised payment channel. Cash transactions are prohibited, and no field team or representative may collect payment into a personal account.
- Registration fee: USD 9
- Learning package: USD 90
- Progression (optional): USD 900, subject to an approved pioneer progression discount where applicable
A member is recognised as "Paid-Up" only once the fee is paid, an Enrolment Number is issued, and the record is confirmed in the PALIVI system.
5. Intellectual Property
Learning content is drawn exclusively from three approved publications: Hello Dear Teens, The BACHO Wisdom Guide, and The Hidden Curriculum of Success. Reproduction, duplication, or substitution of these materials is prohibited without explicit Program Director and publisher approval.
This website, its design, and its content remain the property of PALIVI Investment Club Limited and Magezi Harvest Limited unless otherwise stated.
6. Code of Conduct
Members are expected to participate with integrity. Falsified attendance, copied written submissions, or plagiarism in a business-solution entry results in disqualification from that submission cycle.
No one-on-one, unsupervised communication is permitted between adult volunteers or staff and minors outside supervised group settings, in line with our safeguarding controls.
7. Suspension & Termination
A chapter may be moved to Suspended status if it fails to submit required reports, lacks verified parental consent for minor participants, or is flagged for unauthorised money handling; platform access is frozen immediately upon trigger.
A chapter may be permanently closed for severe safeguarding breaches, fraudulent records, or unapproved financial claims. The original record is preserved for audit purposes.
8. No Investment, No Guaranteed Return
Enrolment into the Academy is an invitation to learn, build, serve, document evidence, and qualify progressively under approved rules. It is not an investment contract, share purchase, securities offer, or promise of financial payouts. Internal recognition points and ranks carry zero monetary valuation and cannot be traded or cashed out.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PALIVI Investment Club Limited and Magezi Harvest Limited are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in the Academy or use of this website, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to PALIVI Investment Club Limited's jurisdiction of operation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as the programme evolves. Continued participation after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
